I think they are turning from bad to worse. The support system really sucks. If you ask anything then you will get a reply after 1-2 months. Someone scammed $50 from me several days ago and I immediately notified them about this but no help received yet. They didn't refund my $50 nor replied my email! :o
This is extremely unprofessional. It is better you opt for some other payment gateway.
