Transferring/Paying with Paypal to Alertpay !

How am I suppose to pay or transfer money from my Paypal account to an Alertpay account?

I believe you can not do it my friend. You must transfer money from your bank account to alertpay, if you need to do payment using Alertpay. Actually, some people sell balance of alertpay/paypal but I don’t think I can recommend it to you, unless you already know the guy you deal with. I am not sure if it is legal and it can be a scam too.

No joke. I don't like the sell balance method.
It has a very high percentage of getting myself scammed.
I heard about using a debit card to connect both accounts but my debit card has some problems with the verifying process.
I'm tired of resolving this issue.
