Using paypal balance instead of using money

I have 350 dollars in my paypal balance. How can I use this money. I only have a verified bank account on paypal but no credit cards. How can I use the money in my paypal balance?

You can use it to buy things online, with Paypal you can buy anything on ebay, else you can transfer it to your bank account.
