Yes you can send cheque at your address.
if you dont want the check system there is an alternative ...you can verify ur bank with that before debit card for that he will ask for ur ifsc ocde which you download from RBI site then you can transfer the fund to ur bank
Be careful and do not withdraw more than $400 in a month from a non-verified PayPal account. That's the hard limit after all.
Why paypal is so restricted when it comes to transactions especially in Eastern Asia?? Most of the entrepreneurs outsource their work and project to Asian countries but no one asks Paypal to allow them to open an account... :(
