I have two questions:
1. Do you think that Google+ affecting the results of Google SERP?
2. Is it fair, to force users to use Google+ ?

1. For now, I don't think Google plus is affecting SERP rankings... But it ma affect (This is mere a speculation, probably Google want more people to turn upto Google plus)
2. Its actually not fair to persuade people to use any social networking website.
There is really a big impact of Google + no doubt about it.
Google search results has much impact on social signals. But not particularly Google+. The site which is shared more on social networks will have positive impact on Google search results.
