Getting leads will depend on customers buying potentiality, and getting clicks will depend on user behavior and your ad description.  Please tell us whether you are getting impressions or not.. If you are not getting impressions then you must optimize your page for that keywords, if you are getting impressions but not clicks means you must change your ad description to attract users to click on your ad. And other thing is, it will also depend on your ad placement, try to increase the bid a little and check whether any change is there in your statistics.

In order to have leads you have to have clicks.
If you don't have clicks its because:
- You're bidding low.
- Your ads aren't good enough

Focus on clicks first.

Tip: I would make sure that my website would convert well before going for a ppc campaign.

Google Ads is an online advertising platform developed by Google, where advertisers bid to display brief advertisements, service offerings, product listings, or videos to web users. It can place ads both in the results of search engines like Google Search and on non-search websites, mobile apps, and videos.

Low search volume could be another reason your ads are not getting any impressions. You can check if your account's keywords have low search volume by clicking into the Keyword section and checking the Status column.
