Hi digidarts!
Can you provide the landing page of your campaign? If you have a good CTR and clicks, then maybe the landing page is the problem. It must be relevant to your ad, you must indicate the landing page related to the promise of your ad, you must link the user to the right path of what the ad say.
I provided you link with the information of what a landing page should have. See the link below.

Hi digidarts.
You mention that you receive a good CTR but didn' t get enough conversion. Maybe, there is lots of reason behind this.
I suggest, you should check if you targeted the right audience or not. Because different people engaged in different social media.
I also suggest you try to create a landing page because it optimizes conversion.
DO a A/B testing if you have enough traffic.
Give a proper value proposition so that people can compare you from other marketers.

I would suggest you to check whether you are getting the clicks from potential keywords or not! If the keywords are good then check whether your website/landing page is good enough or not for converting a click to conversion.
To get your conversion rate, divide the conversions by website visitors, then multiply the result by 100. In this case, you have a conversion rate of 5 percent. You can also figure out your conversion rate by referring domain.
You need to test an alternative landing page if this landing page is not getting you conversions from your PPC campaign. You are getting good CTR & clicks that means your ads and keyword selection is perfect. Problem must be at landing page. Check your contact form if it's working fine and make sure it doesn't drop the leads. Also check the placement of landing page banner, contact form, CTAs as these really help in enhancing your conversions.
Though you have identified your targeted audience, it's time to narrow their list. Do segmentation of your audience on the basis of their engagement rate. Those who remain most of the time on your website or content, they deserve to be treated better.
When you are done with segmentation, draft ads for the highly engaged audience first. Make sure to tell them thoroughly about your ongoing offers and products. Remember, they are more likely to become your genuine customers.

The ad is not responsible for the conversion, the landing page is. The ad is there just to get them to you and once there, you need to convince them to buy. It needs to sell.

High click-through rates indicate interest, but if conversions are lacking, it suggests a disconnect between your landing page and user expectations. Evaluate your landing page's UX/UI, ensure it aligns with the ad's messaging and provides a seamless experience.
A/B testing different elements like CTAs, headlines, and visuals can reveal what resonates with your audience. Additionally, consider the audience targeting, are you reaching the right demographic? If your keywords are spot-on but conversions are absent, it could be a sign that the traffic isn't qualified or that your offer isn't compelling enough.
Boosting conversions requires a combination of user-friendly design, persuasive content, and strategic marketing. The user experience of the website should be fast and mobile-optimized with clear call-to-actions. Building trust requires strong copywriting that addresses pain points, social proof, and incentives such as discounts. Search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising drive targeted traffic, while retargeting helps recover lost leads. By simplifying the checkout process and analyzing data for continuous improvement, a seamless experience can be ensured, resulting in higher conversion rates and revenue.
Focus on creating compelling ad copy, using targeted keywords, and optimizing landing pages. A/B testing and clear calls-to-action can significantly boost conversions in both pay-per-click and pay-per-view campaigns.
