Word tracker is definitely one of my favorites however it's a paid service. I have recently started using it and must say that the tool works great.
I know there are probably a lot of tools for SEO purposes out there but the one that I use the most is the google keywords tool.
there r many great seo tools but my favorite ones are Google adwords tool and Google webmaster tools and i also use the keyword density checkers to check the keyword density of my posts... :)
