Well, I think you should not worry. the problem is already solved. and keep yourself updated with updates through reading blogs of SEO bloggers.
Also in google webmaster previous version shows the which keywords getting high impressions for our site. in new version not showing. and New version were is the structured markup option. also we are not maintaining our website ranking in new updates.
