I'd recommend a flat URL hierarchy capped at three levels to keep the crawl budget happy. Stick to a clean silo architecture where each primary category drops a breadcrumb trail to sub‑sections and leaf pages.

Use descriptive, hyphenated slugs and canonical tags to squash duplicate content. Keep pagination under /page/2 and use rel="next/prev". A logical internal‑link mesh with varied anchor text will let search bots index everything without hitting a 404 wall.

1. Create different sitemaps if your site is huge.
2. Follow a categorization logic of your business pages vs informational pages
3. Improve your crawl budget by not indexing search queries (/search, ?s=, ?q=). Use a php script if your CMS doesn't do it by default.
4. Build Page hubs and make them stand out as Topical authority.
5. Improve your internal linking and don't try to index useless pages. Just because you have 10 000 pages for example doesn't mean you've got to index all of them or Google is forced to do it.
