Hi,

If you complete the SEO audit properly?, If not then you can do SEO audit and fix the issues,
Please check the Google search console, all of your web pages indexed or not? If indexed ok, If not please fix the issue.
Then you can do SEO optimization as per search engine guideline.
Thanks
Steve Good

Тo fluctuation means Google doesn't care about your site yet. Unique content isn't value.
Audit indexation, crawl paths, link velocity, and topical clusters. If competitors have stronger entities, brand signals, and SERP engagement, you won't outrank them. SEO isn't magic, it's leverage - and you don't have enough.

Start by checking Google Search Console for errors, index coverage and rankings. Use tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to analyze keywords, traffic drops, backlinks and technical SEO issues.
