There is no such thing like pink hat seo. There are only three types of SEO works:
White Hat SEO
Grey Hat SEO
Black Hat SEO
There is no Pink Hat SEO.
The link works fine. Although I'm sure that posting as a woman webmaster has benefits, I wouldn't exactly call it SEO. Sure you might get more backlinks because people post links to your site so others can check you out", and not in the way of what you are writing, but how you look.Then again, you might establish "bad neighbors" linking to you because next thing you know your link is posted on every amateur website out there.
