Very irritating referral spam, today I received such message - “Ghost spam is free from the politics, we dancing like a paralytics”

Why I am getting a lot of referral Spam?. Can anybody tell - How can i resolve all referral spam, that next time it would not show in my analytic, Your valuable suggestion will be highly appreciable
