I have an insurance site which ranks less as compared to my expectations .also it is indexing slowly .Suggest me what to do .I am working on its off page seo continuously.Here is the site where i am having some troubles

See, insurance niche is very competitive... Its very difficult to rank in this niche.
So be patient for its ranking.
To speed up its indexing process, follow these techniques,
- Create a good Sitemap and submit it to Google
- Ping the search engines
- Submit your web pages to Social bookmarking websites
- Get backlinks from websites which frequently get crawled.
i did all these tasks and am doing these days the same but from past 5 months i am doing consistently over the site and it seems like all in vain :-(

As the competition is very high for your niche. Its better to do a research and select a long tail keyword which tends to bring you targeted traffic. And proceed to do quality link building methods.
also this site consist of some forms included in it .
Please help me in one other site also .I dont like to create another thread for the site .Site is Attorney ,Law theme based and facing same problems .Indexing but not ranking well from past 3 months .Full seo efforts with these sites but all in vain .
Link exchange also began with the two sites .
