If you want to track your conversion or any lead, then you need to set up the goals. It measures how well your site or app fulfills your target objectives. When a visitor to your site or user of your app performs an action defined as a goal, Analytics records that as a conversion.
In  the goal set you just need to add your destination page url and Google will give you the track of every Goal. You can get the details of how many people submitted forms, how many people reach to your particular page and much more.

On Google Analytics, a goal represents an activity or level of interaction with your website that is important to the success of your business. There are three types of goal in Google Analytics: a URL destination goal is a page that visitors see once they have completed an activity. A time on site goal is a time threshold that you define. When a visitor spends more or less time on your site that the threshold you specify, a conversion is triggered. A pages per visit goal allows you to define the pages viewed threshold.

Goals in Google analytics let you define success for your website. You tell Google analytics what you want people to do on your site, and then they do it, it counts as a goal. You can even tell Google Analytics how valuable the goal is to you. By setting up these  goals and goal values, you canb really start to see what's working and what isn't - on your site, with your marketing, you name it.
