I want to know about site links which appear in the search engine when you search some keyword then the top site in the results have some extra links below its title,description, called i think site links. How Google take those links and why only those why not other links showed up there from that site.
Don't worry about it. Google recognizes the links that in your site. The thing is, the update on when they will show you links is completely random.
Site links are automated process. Google doesn't revealed how they use the algorithm to show sitelinks. However in my own experience i found that sites which are properly categorized , with natural search engine traffic and quality backlinks tends to show sitelinks in SERP.
Links which you are talking about are Sitelinks... You can set your sitelinks in your Google webmaster accounts. If Google finds them important for your user, it will display them.
