For SEO contents we have to repeat the keyword with the keywords density of 1% to 2%. If we use high keyword density it can harm a website as all search engines dislike high keyword density.

1 - 2% is very less. generally i will use 3-4% of keyword density for main keyword and 1-2% of density for other long tail keywords in one post. And also keywords insertion should look like natural way...

I agree with you! Content has a big meaning for SEO and for traffic too! Keywords it is the best way to develop your service! It is like view hypnose)

Using keywords in content is really an art but more importantly how much and where to use. Yeah over usage of keywords can harm your website.
