Would you say that curated content is as effective as the original content when it comes to article writing.
If the curated article is 100% plagiarism free, does it get enough trust ?

If we submit unique and informative article over article marketing sites, it can generate good traffic to our website. Also it helps ranking keywords in Search engines. Article marketing is one of the best strategy to get traffic.  :))

Yes unique content will always help to gain more traffic. If your content is outdated no one will see it. If your content is brand new then everyone wants to see it. Just link 1-2 Anchor terms to your main website from the article to avoid spamming.
