I use Scrapebox pretty successfully on a number of sites. I have a pretty good system for relevant comments and i get a pretty good return on the posts i make.
But,
I have a new website and no matter what I do, even manual links are not showing up. I ran some SB posts and none of those are registering either.
Did I make too many Sb links because the site is so new? Normal for brand new site, or am i being punished in some manner? Like to know your opinions.
thanks

It's possible that your new website is not showing up in search results due to a variety of reasons. Making too many links, especially through automated tools like Scrapebox, can potentially be seen as unnatural and may result in penalties from search engines. It's also important to note that search engines have complex algorithms that determine how websites are ranked, and new websites typically take some time to be indexed and gain visibility.

In order to improve your website's visibility, it's recommended to focus on high-quality, organic link building strategies. This can include creating valuable content that others are likely to link to, reaching out to relevant websites for guest posting or partnerships, and ensuring proper on-page optimization for search engines.

here are a few more suggestions to improve the visibility and link building for your new website:

1. Create High-Quality Content: Focus on creating valuable, informative, and engaging content that naturally attracts links from other websites. This could include blog posts, tutorials, case studies, or industry-specific guides.

2. Guest Blogging: Reach out to relevant websites in your niche and offer to write guest posts for them. This can help increase your website's exposure, attract targeted traffic, and earn valuable backlinks.

3. Engage in Social Media: Promote your content and engage with your target audience on social media platforms. Building a strong social media presence can help drive traffic and encourage others to share your content, leading to more visibility and potential backlinks.

4. Participate in Online Communities: Join online forums, discussion boards, and communities related to your industry. Be an active participant by providing valuable insights, answering questions, and sharing your expertise. This can help establish your credibility and potentially earn you backlinks.

5. Local Citations: If your website has a local focus, make sure it is listed on relevant local directories, such as Google My Business, Yelp, or Yellow Pages. This can improve your website's visibility in local search results and potentially attract more backlinks from local businesses.

6. Monitor and Analyze Backlinks: Regularly monitor your website's backlink profile using tools like Google Search Console or third-party backlink analysis tools. This will help you identify any low-quality or spammy backlinks that may be negatively impacting your website's performance. Disavow or remove these links if necessary.

7. Influencer Outreach: Identify influential bloggers, industry experts, or social media influencers in your niche. Reach out to them and offer collaboration opportunities such as guest posts, interviews, or product reviews. This can help you gain exposure to their audience and potentially earn valuable backlinks.

8. Create Infographics or Visual Content: Visual content like infographics can be highly shareable and attract backlinks. Create visually appealing and informative infographics that others would find useful and shareable. Share them on your website and reach out to relevant websites or bloggers who might be interested in featuring it.

9. Broken Link Building: Find broken links on other websites that are relevant to your niche. Let the website owner know about the broken link and suggest your own content as a replacement. This approach often works because it helps the website owner fix their broken links while providing you an opportunity to get a relevant backlink.

10. Monitor Competitor Backlinks: Keep an eye on your competitors' backlink profiles to identify potential link opportunities. If they have earned backlinks from reputable websites, consider reaching out to those sites with a similar value proposition or content offering.

11. Internal Linking: Don't forget about the power of internal linking. Create a logical internal linking structure within your website to help search engines discover and index your content more effectively. This can also improve user experience by guiding visitors to related content and helping them navigate your site.

12. Stay Active on Relevant Online Platforms: Engage in discussions and contribute value on platforms like Quora, Reddit, or industry-specific forums. Provide insightful answers to questions and include relevant links to your website when appropriate. This can not only drive traffic but also establish you as an authority in your field.

13. Create Link-Worthy Resources: Develop comprehensive guides, whitepapers, or research studies that provide unique and valuable insights within your industry. Reach out to other websites or publications in your niche to share this content, increasing the likelihood of them linking back to your website as a source.

14. Build Relationships with Bloggers and Journalists: Cultivate relationships with influential bloggers, journalists, and online publications in your industry. Engage with them on social media, comment on their articles, and offer them exclusive content or expert insights. This can lead to opportunities for featured mentions and backlinks.

15. Regularly Update and Optimize Content: Keep your existing content up to date by adding new information, refreshing outdated statistics, or including recent case studies. Regularly optimize your content with relevant keywords to improve its visibility in search engine results.

16. Participate in Industry Interviews or Podcasts: Seek out opportunities to be interviewed on industry podcasts or participate in webinars. This can help you establish yourself as an authority in your field and gain exposure to new audiences, which may lead to more backlink opportunities.

17. Optimize for Local SEO: If your business has a physical presence or serves a local audience, optimize your website for local search engine optimization. This includes incorporating local keywords, creating location-specific landing pages, and getting listed on local directories.

18. Monitor Brand Mentions: Use tools like Google Alerts or social listening platforms to monitor mentions of your brand or website online. When you come across a mention without a corresponding link, reach out to the website owner and politely request a link back to your website.

19. Utilize Infrequent Link Building Strategies: Explore lesser-known link building strategies such as resource page link building, broken link building on non-competitive websites, or even sponsoring local events or organizations that may provide backlink opportunities.

20. Utilize Social Bookmarking: Submit your website or blog posts to popular social bookmarking sites like Reddit, StumbleUpon, or Digg. This can help drive traffic to your site and increase the chances of others sharing and linking to your content.

21. Repurpose Content: Convert your existing content into different formats such as videos, podcasts, or slideshows. Distribute this content on platforms like YouTube, SoundCloud, or SlideShare, and include links back to your website in the descriptions or show notes.

22. Engage with Online Communities: Join relevant online communities like industry-specific forums or LinkedIn groups. Participate actively by sharing valuable insights, answering questions, and engaging in discussions. Over time, this can help you establish yourself as an authority and attract relevant backlinks.

23. Conduct Original Research or Surveys: Conduct your own research or surveys within your industry and publish the findings on your website. Original research can attract attention from other websites and journalists who may be interested in citing your work and providing backlinks.

24. Build Relationships with Local Businesses: Reach out to local businesses that are related to your industry but are not direct competitors. Explore opportunities for cross-promotion, collaboration, or co-marketing initiatives. This can lead to backlink opportunities through partner websites or event sponsorships.

25. Leverage Influencer Takeovers: Collaborate with influencers or industry experts to create content together or let them take over your social media accounts for a day. This can generate buzz, attract more followers, and potentially earn backlinks from the influencer's audience.

26. Monitor Trends and Newsjacking: Stay up-to-date with current events, trends, and news in your industry. When relevant topics emerge, create timely and insightful content that adds value to the ongoing conversation. This can attract attention from other websites and increase the chances of obtaining backlinks.

27. Optimize Your Website for Speed and Mobile: Ensure your website loads quickly and is optimized for mobile devices. User experience and technical aspects of your site can impact how search engines rank your pages. A fast-loading, mobile-friendly site can attract more visitors and increase the likelihood of acquiring backlinks.
