1. No profile picture account (The account will always not be a fake).
2. Profile pictures from stock images sites link istock, freepic, etc.
3. Excessive duplicate tweets.
4. No bio about the user.
5. confusing screen name/URLl combination
6. Irrelevant tweets (ex. a person defining himself a programmer in bio never tweets about it.).
7. Inconsistent use of account.
8. No interaction with others.

Thanks but what's the way to get verified Twitter account?
Log in to the email inbox for the address you just updated.
Open the email from Twitter inviting you to confirm your account.
Click the Confirm now button in that email.
direct you to your Twitter account, and if you not already logged in we'll ask you to do so.
When you sign up for a twitter account you will get verification mail as well as you will get verification message on register mobile number.
You have to provide this verification number while you sign up and your twitter account gets verified.
