I have wordpress site with 250000 UV monthly. Not to much plugins
No big peaks and max user in same time is about 350. Site have about 1000 pages, mostly text and pictures. Also some add delivery by adsense.
Please can someone recommend proper VPS resource.
What are your views on Downtownhost.com vps hosting plans? What can you say about their pricing?]

Over 7 months there was just one small downtime of 30 minutes. They answered every question we had to date.
Downtownhost.com customer service has been really good. They also installed additional software that wasn't even available through cPanel.
Think that you will not regret a thing if you give Jumpline.com - their vps plans look affordable.
Their support is always very friendly and helpful. Their evening and weekend support a few months ago has gives me a lot of confidence in their customer focused approach.
I switched to downtownhost.com after having enough of the downtime with our old hosts. From our time with them I have nothing but high praise indeed. The only thing I would like to change is the bill from monthly to yearly. It is not only faster, but the customer support response time is almost immediate.
I'm using downtownhost.com VPS to host multiple websites, including a couple of my clients. They're servers are reliable and fast for their 'shared' hosting classification (dedicated/virtual would be a lot faster), and overall everything works great. They are good at what they do, it's not overpriced claptrap.
