How can i design my sales page to attract many visitors and to increase sales through it ?

That's really two questions and you need to consider them separately.
First, how do you get people to see your sales page; secondly, how do you convince them to buy from it.
Getting people to see your page is all about marketing: paid advertising (PPC, affiliate, display), link building, blogging and article marketing, social media marketing.
Convincing people to buy from it is about good product offering, nice site design, overall trust in your business.
