Title: Which framework is used in iPhone web page development

I am interested to know about which framework is used to design web page in iPhone (http://www.fusioninformatics.ca/iphone-application-development.html) technology. Any guy convince me about this confusion.

These are some framework  which are used in iPhone web page development.  LungoJS,  Ripple, Joshfire, Sencha, Jo, jQuery Mobile,  Titanium Mobile,  The-M-Project,  xui.js,  DHTMLX Touch.
