We(Local Flavours Tours) are providing different Food Tours, Chocolate Tours services.

So what exact category I should select to submit my directory and all?

Also do you have suggestion (based on my category of business) which off page strategies I should focus mostly? Any other suggestions regarding both ON-page and OFF-Page is welcome.

Which directory you want to get a backlink from? not all directories are good. Infact, 90% are just full of spam. Its better than you go for some kind of blog or article directory and get a review about your service. Or hire a freelancer to post reviews about your service to other forums or blogs.
