You can create one in your profile signature.
Also when you answer something, you can leave your link. I dont think you can anchor your link when responding.

You cannot create any anchor text in Yahoo Answers. You need to put the direct URL for linking to your website. This is facility is only available when you gain certain number of points and reach up on the 2nd level in Yahoo Answers.
