Yahoo's search engine is as important as Google's search engine. And have a lot has changed as far as Yahoo's algo is concerned

One thing to consider is what country you are marketing to. Different countries have different proportions of people using different search engines. In Australia where I live Google has about a 90% market share so it makes sense for me to just target Google if I'm working on a local site.

If I'm targeting the US where Yahoo and Bing have a somewhat higher market share I'll consider them more. I find they place more emphasis on content and less on backlinks than Google does. Google says content is king, but they go more by backlinks popularity and authority, in my experience

I think each search engine have their own Algo. But Google is having very large database according to other search engine so we always follow Google if You are fulfill the requirements of Google then other search engine accept your site as well.

* Google : The Googlebot does not follow that link.
* Yahoo : If we find a link we make it available to our algorithms to find new content, whether it has a 'no follow' attribute or not. However, if the 'no follow' attribute is present, it means that no attribution is given to the target from the source of the link.

2. If a site has no web citations and only has one link pointing to it, and that link is from a Wikipedia entry, would your search engine find that site and index it even though the link uses a No Follow attribute?

dude yahoo and bing has same algo. so whole world is concentrating on google algo even 80% of traffic is drived frm google itself
yahoo is nt that much effective  search engine...
