Anchor Text Link Building

I am making lots of blog posting by copying and pasting content from other blogs. The main purpose of mine is to create as many Anchor Text links for site as I can so that I can have good and high authority anchor text links for my site.
Please tell me guide me that am I doing the right thing or not ?? Or what should I do Please guide.

You're doing the wrong thing.
You should post blogs with unique and quality content then try to add some of your anchor text links in their. But they should be related.
There are several ways you can increase your links besides blog posting.
You can also try blog commenting, forum posting, social bookmarking, and directory submission.

You're duplicating contents and will get your blog penalized. Work on building your own content.

This is totally wrong and your website might be penalized. Moreover, you can't just copy/paste other people's content and put your link inside. They can even sue you for using content protected by copyrights without permission.

  You are doing totally wrong and unacceptable things. If you will continue to do this, you may face these issues:

1> may be penalized by Google or other search engines
2> may be penalized, if you are using someone else blog content
3> You may loose keywords ranking
4> you may loose traffic to your website
5> You may loose backlinks and PR of website also

So, stop this and use unique content for content promotion.

Make blog commenting with your own text. Don't just copy & paste the content from others blog. You can refer theme but don't copy theme. Generate uique anchor text which will help you.

The way you are doing things will only land you in trouble if not today then tomorrow. Have you ever heard about the content thing? It should be unique.
But there is another side of this story that I can imagine. If you are trying to say that you will provide outbound links to other websites(related to you) then I guess this idea is good. many business do this to get a high DA and PA.

Beware of what Google can do to your website if you try this. Rest, road is not always smooth to reach the destination.

You are totally on the wrong concept. Instead of getting credit you are ruining your brand or reputation by coping other content, and it is totally illicit business. Remember "The more tough  to get link the more it is valuable" and there is not any shortcut way of success. So read the article carefully and read the comments then comment there but not the vary first day. Try to build authority that you are trying to add value to the thread and tactfully give back link. The best way is to raise controversy in a polite way like you are differing to there opinion, by that way you can attract visitors and drive traffic.
