You can use Yahoo Answers for traffic, you will need a level 2 account to allow backlinks. This can be obtained by answering a few questions. Yahoo Answers will give your website link as well as niche traffic if you answer questions in same niche as your site. Check out Yahoo Answers

I think more than 200 but less than 250, I got ban from answers so I can't able to tell the proper answer....

That's right, buddy. Answer questions as best as you could and if your answers are selected as best answer you will boost your points. I do always make good and right answer (if the questions need an exact answer) and I get level 2 within a week or so.

YA is a well-known way to get traffic. It's quite easy, make an account, answer a few simple questions about things you're knowledgeable about. If you're the first to give an answer, or your answer is the longest one, generally it will be picked as 'best answer' meaning bonus points.

Yes, thats the key point you have mentioned... First one always get as the best answer and if anyone has included URL links he gets traffic though... But it takes too much time to find a new answer to post on.
I have a question where do you guys put your URL link, in the source link or in the answer itself?

Yahoo Answers is only effective if you answers questions closely related to the topic of yours.
