WordPress and Blogger are both popular blogging platforms, but they have some differences.

WordPress is a powerful content management system (CMS) that offers more flexibility and customization options. It is suitable for both simple blogs and complex websites. With WordPress, you have full control over your website's design and functionality, and there are many plugins and themes available to enhance your site.

Blogger, on the other hand, is a simpler platform owned by Google. It is user-friendly and easy to set up, making it ideal for beginners. It has limited customization options compared to WordPress but provides basic features for starting a blog quickly.

more factors to consider when choosing between WordPress and Blogger:

1. Ownership and control: With WordPress, you have complete ownership over your website and its content. You can choose your own hosting provider and have full control over the design and functionality. On the other hand, Blogger is hosted by Google, so you don't have as much control or ownership over your site.

2. Customization: WordPress offers a wide range of themes and plugins that allow for extensive customization. You can create a unique and personalized website with various design options and features. Blogger, on the other hand, has limited customization options. While you can customize basic elements, you won't have the same level of flexibility as WordPress.

3. Support and community: WordPress has a large and active community of users, developers, and support forums. If you encounter any issues or need assistance, there are plenty of resources available to help you. Blogger also has a community, but it may not be as vast or robust as the WordPress community.

4. Expansion and scalability: WordPress is highly scalable and can handle websites of any size, from small blogs to large e-commerce sites. It has powerful features and plugins that allow you to expand and add functionality as your site grows. Blogger, on the other hand, may have limitations when it comes to scalability and expanding beyond a simple blog.

5. Cost: Both WordPress and Blogger offer free options, but there are differences in cost when considering additional features and customizations. While the basic functionalities of both platforms are free, WordPress often requires purchasing a domain name and web hosting services. Additionally, premium themes and plugins can add to the cost of a WordPress website. With Blogger, you can use a custom domain name for free, but there may be limitations on advanced features and customization options.

6. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): WordPress has built-in features and plugins that can help optimize your website for search engines. It offers more flexibility and control over various SEO elements, such as meta tags, URL structure, and site speed optimization. Blogger also provides basic SEO features, but it may not offer the same level of customization and advanced SEO options as WordPress.

7. Reliability and uptime: WordPress websites hosted on reputable hosting providers generally have high uptime and reliability. You have the freedom to choose a reliable hosting provider to ensure your website remains accessible. On the other hand, Blogger is hosted by Google, so you can expect good uptime and reliability, as it is backed by Google infrastructure.

8. Migrating and future-proofing: If you plan on migrating your website to another platform in the future, WordPress offers more flexibility and options to do so. As an open-source CMS, you can export your WordPress site and migrate it to another hosting provider or CMS. Blogger, being a closed system, may have limitations when it comes to migrating your content to other platforms.

Exactly i don't know what you looking for. If you want to compare both sites i could say wordpress is the best for SEO. I have two blog sites one in wordpree and other in blogger blog. I got early result form word press 8) site.
