Related post to increase pageviews…

I working for a website www.ideamed.in is a mother site. We want to increase our page views in some extend..So when I search in Google I found related posts is the best way to increase page views ,so we would like to implement that concept in our website. But when I search related post plug-in i don’t get anything..Only I get word press post plug-in that we are unable to implement In our website..i want to know any good related post plug in for website and also our website developed in ruby and rails..so please help us. Thanks in advance

1. A good way to increase page views is to add a category in the sidebar or on the top bar.

2. Make related posts -
This method is most often and most commonly used, namely featuring other articles related to the post being opened. Usually this related post placed at the end of each post.

3. You can also include the most popular articles in the sidebar.

4. You can insert links in your post to other articles that has a relation to the content.
