errors in sitemap

Yesterday when i checked my GWT i saw an error in my sitemap (post_tag-sitemap.xml) and when i check my website and sitemap everything is fine!
I got my hosting suspended for 3 hours, would this cause the problem? i deleted my sitemap and resubmited  but the error is still there. how often google updates the sitemap? when i test my sitemap it says there is no errors!
I had installed wp total cache and after i unistalled it i got the error
