I don't think Google would give preference to Google plus in its searching. Since, user profile is private, if spiders would be able to crawl them may be that would impact a bit.

Just like facebook, Google show very rare pages from facebook in search results but it index the crawlable content.

I’d be surprised to see Google give much preference to someone just for having a profile, but the usage data as to what people are sharing and interested in could certainly have an effect. As always, knowledge as to what’s in the algorithm will be based on a combination of experiments, anecdotal evidence, and guesses.

I think Google+ impacts over the Google real time search results. And however +1 signal has some impacts over ranking in Google SE.

Google +1 is now into the initial phase they are observing every thing on the search results pages into the sponsored links and on the websites directly they start showing its impressions into the Google Webmaster tool. Right now there is not impact of the Google + on the search engine ranking but may be in future Google can use this as the ranking factor.

Google + is new in the google and it is very good for getting back links for your websites.
