Some Pages banned by Google?

Hi friends, Hope you are doing great. I am here to get some replies from you on my current situation i never gone through.

Actually i have a site which is being penalized by Google around 1 month back (-50 penalty). After some time (around 10 days after penalty) google is showing like some of my pages are not there in google cache. Even google is not showing my website's index page in cache. Aroung 5 pages are not there in google cache and rest of the pages are there. I am removing backlinks right now to get back my site from penalty. Can anyone having practical experience with this kind of situation. Is it possible when i will file recon request then i will get back my pages cache along with listing in serps. All suggestions are welcomed. Please help me guys to come out from this situation. thanks in advance.
