Vanishing Google PR3

My website newbielink://http://http:www.thebrazilianlanguage.com/ [nonactive] recently went from a PR0 to PR3, but just as suddenly, went back to PR1, i am in disbelief as to how this can happen so fast from PR3 to PR1 (within practically 1 day), does this happen all the time or did google just award thebrazilianlanguage.com mistakingly the PR3 to begin with?

I think that something went wrong in the datacenterof google and thats why you where getting the PR 3

See, Google assigns PR to web pages, so there is possibility that your home page has PR3 and your other page has PR1, which is why you are seeing a huge difference in PR.
