I don't think there will be some serious changes in a White Hat SEO. The Black Hat SEO will evolve as always.

Optimization will be very hard in future. We need to spend more time with quality works. Just making submissions will not work forever. Should target for long term basis, since google changes its algorithm

After the several update from Google. I hope that the spammer will totally eliminated already. It just turned out some think that Google hates SEO, but its not.

Well, I dont think that Matt Cutts hates SEO. Google Update just happen because of the spammer that tries to rank their keyword easily. I'm so thankful for Google having done that. And I think if Google really hates SEO they are not going to give free tools like Google Webmaster, Analytics and many more.
