This is the chain must understand. The chain is the Internet, the blood is a link. No link, information is isolated, the result is what we all can't see. In a web page to each other, many internal series together, form a complete information site. This is because a web page is simply can't carry all of the information, so need into a home page and each page. On the other hand, a web site is trying very hard to do, and the link to other websites that other web site can add information grafting to come over. To our website bring we need.

External linking is what enables the World Wide Web to be what it is and to do what it does best, put people and websites together. Without external linking we would all be websites unto ourselves, and that wouldn’t prove to be as useful or as all-encompassing as the internet is today. External linking is a term that is used to refer to links that come from one website and point to another. When you have your own website it is beneficial to have others link to your site, yours being the external link. It has been thought for years that only the best pages are linked to by others, and this is true, who actually links to a bad site? External linking will send more traffic your way and it will also allow you to get higher link popularity with the search engines, which may earn you a higher overall ranking. Of course, a higher overall ranking is the goal!

Some external links are welcome (see What can normally be linked, below), but it is not Wikipedia's purpose to include a lengthy or comprehensive list of external links related to each topic. No page should be linked from a Wikipedia article unless its inclusion is justifiable according to this guideline and common sense. The burden of providing this justification is on the person who wants to include an external link.
