Will links including keywords help?
« on: 04-09-2019, 01:31:50 »
Hello everyone.

I have a website with taxi and minibus transfers. It has a based-on-distance calculator.
Customer puts the from/to information, clicks "search" button and the website shows a list of vehicles with their cost.
Under each vehicle there is a button "book online"
(demo here: https://taxithess.gr/en/thessaloniki-taxi-booking/)

Should I change the buttons' text in order to contain keyword that I want to rank for in Google?
For Example: "Taxi Booking" or "Van Booking" or "18seater Minibus Booking" ?

Thank you!

The CTAs are not viewed separately by the crawlers. So it doesn’t matter what's written on them. The CTAs are important to engage people that visit your website, or if you include them in meta descriptions, to visit your website in the first place. So, if you place them to be visible on the SERP, they might attract people to click. If you have problems with ranking, then you need to read more about onsite and offsite optimization and implement them. They are both equally important, and one is not sufficient without the other.
