We have a new manager and he wants to implement a dоcument management system in our office. Currently our company is recovering from financial issues and I feel like a system like this is not what we need right now besides transition from paper to digital dоcuments seems tedious. Will this move be advantageous to us? Can you please enlighten me regarding this matter I'm not that convinced.

Got your point! You want to be organized with your dоcuments and likewise set the paper aside. Maybe , you will need the appropriate productivity tools to be able to do it. It is like combining paper and digital files into one. I think, your manager is correct with it! You should try looking for a dоcument management software for that matter. I 've read so much about that system and it gives a lot of impact to a company. Just be selective before you consider a provider.

Thanks for your response and sorry for the very late reply. Have been very busy the past weeks because of work related issues. Anyway, change makes me uncomfortable and so is what I have inquired. Although, some friends told me that it can actually lessen the work load instead of doing everything manually. So, that makes me think that, well, I should actually welcome this kind of change. We are already in contact with a service provider, but everything will be presented after the holidays. Aside from the dоcument management software, they will also present an EHS software which we can also consider.
