New System
« on: 11-25-2016, 20:38:27 »
We have a new manager and he wants to implement a document management system in our office. Currently our company is recovering from financial issues and I feel like a system like this is not what we need right now besides transition from paper to digital documents seems tedious. Will this move be advantageous to us? Can you please enlighten me regarding this matter I'm not that convinced.

Got your point! You want to be organized with your documents and likewise set the paper aside. Maybe , you will need the appropriate productivity tools to be able to do it. It is like combining paper and digital files into one. I think, your manager is correct with it! You should try looking for a document management software for that matter. I 've read so much about that system and it gives a lot of impact to a company. Just be selective before you consider a provider.
