Creating your own social network?  What kind of investment should I expect to put down for creating my own social network?  I have the plan written up it's a gaming social network but now for the expensive servers and advertising..

The servers are not really expensive if you go for dedicated servers.  Try Lunarpages dedicated server plans.  It is affordable.  Starting a social network is a good idea.
