I think its best to build backlinks that index really fast atleast in 24 hours...
submit unique articles to goarticles,article snatch and amazines and in 24 hours your article will be indexed without any work..build backlink in heavy traffic and active forums...also go for sites.google,blogspot,wordpress and tumblr blogs..those indexes pretty fast...
I can add yahoo answers and aol answers for backlinks with quick index rate as well...
what do you thing..do you know any more quick index backlinks ??

I agree with you that yahoo answer does not provide back links only we can get traffic from yahoo answer and I used forum posting and article submission to related to my site and which index fast and help to get ranking fast and also help me to get back links for site.
