duplicate site submittion

Hello im from Asia and i apologize in advance for my bad English

suppose i had a domain name domain1.com and it was submitted to google webmaster and sitemap also submitted. so my domain1.com got expired last week and i also forgot which email id i used to submit my site to google so thats why i cant remove my domain1.com from google and remove its sitemap


and same day my old domain expired i purchased new domain name forum2.com and i use same database i was using on my old domain , and again i submitted my site to google and uploaded same old sitemap xml
so main problem is when i check sitemap option in google i see my sitemap has submitted total more then 600 thousands links but only 200 has been index for people to view

so can you guys please tell me when will my new site domain will be indexed on google properly i have submitted my new site on 30 september .

my old site was number 1 on google search for specific keyword
but when i search that specific keyword now , my new site not even top 50

Duplicate site publication, or redundant publication refers to publishing the same intellectual material more than once, by the author or publisher.  Multiple submission is not plagiarism,it also had a legitimate motive in reaching readerships of various journals and books that were at real risk of not otherwise overlapping.

So if I understand your situation properly, your first site and its associated webmaster account you no longer have access to.

You've now created a new site that is an exact copy of the old site.

Without making a 301 redirect from the site you lost access to, you will not regain the same kind of traffic or search engine rankings. If the domain expired, then go buy it again, and do a 301 redirect for the entire domain.

Google will take time to index all of those pages because they possibly do not believe they need to be indexed yet.
