How Google deals with Comment block section?

Hello Friends,

I want to know, whether Google considers comment block of the source code while ranking a keyword in the SERPs?

For example:- If I have a keyword abcd, and gave comment block to this keyword, will Google consider it while crawling the Webpage? Will it be considered in the keyword density?
