How to covert email to html?

Can someone please assist with converting my email to html. I was sent an email and I needed to approve the email but there was no highlighted link or finger pointer to accept and send due to the email not being html compatible.
It would be greatly appreciated if someone can get back to me with an answer on converting to html.

I think that the easiest solution would be to contact the sender of the email and explain the problem to them.
