How to Refresh Site Description in Google?

When you change meta descriptioncontent, go to Google Webmaster Tools and under Crawl section click Fetch as Google, then Fetch and render and wait. Google will fetch your site and send it to index. it won't be visible immidieatly it takes about 1-2 days to refresh in SERP.

From Web Master tools Menu -> Crawl -> Fetch as Google.
Leave URL blank to fetch the homepage then click Fetch.
Submit to Index button will appear beside the fetched result, Click it the choose > URL and all linked pages > OK.
