Hello,

Ecommerce Link Building- The Challenge That Won't Go Away:

1.) Adding a blog in hopes of attracting links.
2.) Creating a facebook page, then telling every passing car to like you on facebook.
3.) Creating high quality website content.
4.) Algorithmic based backlink seeking.

Start with the Business listing and Classified sites.
You can create a profile in free high PR classified sites where you can submit your product details with photos and insert a link pointing towards your product page.

You should make searches  from e-commerce  forums, directories, blogs, and other sites similar to business of your site. You may post link on seo forums. Money making forums, social websites such as facebook, twitter, google plus may also be useful for you. Ecommerce sites list will only include ecommerce sites such as amazon, olax, alibaba, Jabong, Mantra  etc and these do not have option to keep your website's reference however you can send them request to do so.  Secondly you are competitor for these site and it is quite hard to get backlinks from such sites for you.

For an Ecommerce website, the most important part is On Page Optimization. Have you done it correctly? Normally such websites face problem related to duplicate content and Meta description. There are many canonical issues too. I would advise you to perform backlinks analysis of your competitor such as Flipkart. You will certainly get valuable resources. To get potential customers, paid advertising is one of the best options for Ecommerce websites.
