Outsourcery, formerly known as Genesis Communications, is a business communications and hosted IT provider (software as a service) based in Manchester, Sheffield, Leicester and London in the United Kingdom. The company was formed in 1995 to provide business mobile solutions which led to partnerships with O2 and Vodafone. In 2002 the company was purchased by DSG International plc, and later, following a senior management buyout in 2007, Outsourcery acquired ServeLogic Plc and moved into the hosted IT market.
In 2009 Outsourcery acquired the business and assets of THUS Mobile from Cable&Wireless, and Increase CRM, a provider of Microsoft Hosted Dynamics CRM solutions.
