It really depends on what you are looking at doing, if you are running adsense and pay for "traffic" so say you paid for 1000 page views then this can be seen by Google as you trying to gain clicks rom adsense.

If I'm brutally honest it isnt worth doing as you could pay £1 for 1000 veiws and make £3 out of Adsense clicks, however, if your account were to be banned in the long run that will cost you more wont it?!?
