Schema Data & Breadcrumbs in SERPS not selecting correct data

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post.

This problem has been driving me nuts. Please see attached picture.

In the SERPs Google displays the correct Title Tag for the correct URL, but the breadcrumb trail is completely wrong.

I just can not find a fix for this problem. All ideas very welcome.
