If a site was affected by false positives. Which means we earn one backlink from one page of a blog.but it will feature as a sidebar "Recent comments" widget. So as Google crawls the entire site it will attribute a new link on each and every page that also displays the widget.should we disavow theses links or not.Are these links are harmful or not?

It's not really a problem. When other people post more comments on that blog, then your comment will be automatically removed from that widget (including the backlinks in it).
