How to increase the rank of keyword?

 From past 2 months I am working on http://www.clickpointsolution.com/. I am not able to increase the keyword position of the site, but in webmaster tools the total number of keywords are increasing but not the position of the keyword. can anyone help me to increase rank of keywods? and what mistake i committed. I am doing social bookmarking, blog commenting, business profile creation and directory submission.

What you are doing is OK.. but not great. Try to focus on "Contextual" and dofollow links from relevant sites. Then you see some positive moments.
